Jama’at Ahle Sunnat Canada promotes better understanding of Islamic faith in the light of Sunni theology and traditions. The main objective of Jama’at Ahle Sunnat Canada is to unite Sunni scholars, leaders and people for better understanding of the traditions of Ahle Sunnat Wal Jama’at. Jama’at Ahle Sunnat Canada is a non political organization with only one message;

The love and the obedience of Messenger of Allah, prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) makes a person better human. The company and association of Aulia Allah (May Allah’s mercy upon them) makes a person kind and tender. Serving Allah’s creation makes a person a better Muslim.

Jama’at Ahle Sunnat Canada denounces all forms of violence and extremism. We strongly believe in dialogue and coexistence with all religions and denominations.

Jama’at Ahle Sunnat Canada was founded in Calgary on November 14, 2008.
